Both Q150 and Alpha P3 are 2-way speakers. Q150 features a 1" Dome Tweeter and 1 5.25" Aluminum Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2500 Hz. On the other hand, Alpha P3 features a 0.75" anodized aluminum Hard-Dome Tweeter and 1 4.5" Polypropylene Woofer .
Q150 has a frequency range of 51-28k Hz whereas Alpha P3 has a frequency range of 57-21k Hz.

Q150 features Gold-plated 5-way post type posts and Alpha P3 has a Gold-plated 5-way post type posts. None of these speakers feature b-amping/bi-wiring.
Cabinet Type and Port Position
Both Q150 and Alpha P3 features dual binding post speaker terminals for bi-amping or bi-wiring.
