Sib-T features a .75" Dome Tweeter and 1 x 5.125" Polyflex Woofer . On the other hand, the RP-400M features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 1 x 4" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500Hz.
Frequency Response
Sib-T has a frequency range of 80-20kHz whereas RP-400M has a frequency range of 52-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 52Hz, the RP-400M can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Sib-T's min frequency of 80Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Sib-T is a 4 ohms speaker compared to the RP-400M which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms. Lower impedance speakers, especially the ones that are rated at 4 ohms may put more pressure on the amplifier unit especially when played at high volume levels, so make sure the amp you pair with the Sib-T can provide this impedance level.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. Sib-T sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the RP-400M's is rated at 93 dB. This 3 dB difference makes the Klipsch RP-400M a more sensitive speaker compared to Focal Sib-T, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Size of a speaker can sometimes become an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare Focal Sib-T's and Klipsch RP-400M's external dimensions. Focal Sib-T has external dimensions of 64.0 x 143.0 x 170.0mm ( 2-1/2 x 5-5/8 x 6-11/16inch) whereas Klipsch RP-400M has external dimensions of 298.0 x 144.0 x 191.0mm ( 11.7 x 5.6 x 7.5inch) .
Klipsch RP-400M is clearly the larger of the two speakers. Its body is 1mm wider, 234mm taller and 21mm deeper than Focal Sib-T.
