100 IW LCR5 features a 1" Inverted Hard-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 5.125" Polyglass Woofer . On the other hand, the CWM664 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6" Glass-fiber Woofer .
Frequency Response
100 IW LCR5 has a frequency range of 55-23kHz whereas CWM664 has a frequency range of 45-35kHz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the CWM664 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 100 IW LCR5's min frequency of 55Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
100 IW LCR5 and CWM664 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. 100 IW LCR5 sensitivity is rated at 90.5 dB and the CWM664's is at 87.5 dB. 100 IW LCR5 can handle a max power of 130 watts RMS from the amp the whereas 100 IW LCR5 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS , 10 watts less than the CWM664.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
