Debut 2.0 B6.2 features a 1" Cloth Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Woven Aramid-Fiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2200Hz. On the other hand, the 3020i features a 0.9" decoupled Tweeter and 1 x 5" Coated paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2400Hz and 2400Hz.

Debut 2.0 B6.2 has a frequency range of 44-35k Hz whereas 3020i has a frequency range of 64-30k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 44Hz, the Debut 2.0 B6.2 can go slightly deeper then the 3020i's min frequency of 46Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Debut 2.0 B6.2 and 3020i have the same Impedance of 6 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Debut 2.0 B6.2 sensitivity is rated at 87 dB and the 3020i's is at 88 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Q Acoustics 3020i a more sensitive speaker compared to ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Debut 2.0 B6.2 can handle a max power of 120 watts RMS from the amp the whereas 3020i has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 45 watts less than the Debut 2.0 B6.2.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
