Demand D15 features a 1" aluminum dome Tweeter, a 5.25" Midrange and 2 x 5.25" Carbon-fiber Woofer. On the other hand, the BP-9060 features a 1" annealed aluminum dome Tweeter, a 4.5" Midrange and 1 x 10" Polypropelene Woofer.
Frequency Response
Demand D15 has a frequency range of 48-22k Hz whereas BP-9060 has a frequency range of 18-49k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 18Hz, the BP-9060 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Demand D15's min frequency of 48Hz.

within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Both handle the same maximum of 300 watts RMS, though Demand D15 is rated 30-300 watts and BP-9060 50-300 watts.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, your system or how you will use them. Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
Definitive BP-9060 is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take Definitive Demand D15 if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 48Hz anyway, so judge these on the other rows instead.
