BP-9020 features a 1" annealed aluminum dome Tweeter, a 3.5" Midrange and 1 x 8" Polypropelene Woofer. On the other hand, the BP-9060 features a 1" annealed aluminum dome Tweeter, a 4.5" Midrange and 1 x 10" Polypropelene Woofer.
Frequency Response
BP-9020 has a frequency range of 28-40k Hz whereas BP-9060 has a frequency range of 18-49k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 18Hz, the BP-9060 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the BP-9020's min frequency of 28Hz.

Power

BP-9060 can handle a max power of 300 watts RMS, whereas BP-9020 has a max power handling value of 200 watts RMS, 100 watts less than the BP-9060.

Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: Definitive BP-9060 measures better, Definitive BP-9020 costs about about 60% more% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 28Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Definitive BP-9020 much easier to justify.
