Menuet SE features a 1.1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 4.5" Wood fibre Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3000Hz. On the other hand, the KUPID features a 1" Dome Tweeter and 1 x 4.5" Paper/wood fiber Woofer.
Frequency Response
Menuet SE has a frequency range of 59-25k Hz whereas KUPID has a frequency range of 63-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 59Hz, the Menuet SE can go slightly deeper then the KUPID's min frequency of 63Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Menuet SE and KUPID have the same Impedance of 4 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Menuet SE sensitivity is rated at 86 dB and the KUPID's is at 83 dB. This 3 dB difference makes the DALI Menuet SE a more sensitive speaker compared to DALI KUPID, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.
One thing to keep in mind that the lower impedance speakers, especially the ones that are rated at 4 ohms may put more pressure on the amplifier unit comared to higher impedance speakers especially at high volume levels, so make sure the amp you pair with the Menuet SE and the Menuet SE can provide this impedance level.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
KUPID can handle a max power of 120 watts RMS, whereas Menuet SE has a max power handling value of 100 watts RMS, 20 watts less than the KUPID.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Menuet SE features Binding post type posts and KUPID has a Binding post type posts. None of these speakers feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
Physical Specs
The size of a speaker can sometimes be an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons.
