SX-70 features a 1" Silk dome Tweeter and 2 x 4" treated-paper Woofer. On the other hand, the Silver 200 7G features a 1" gold dome C-CAM with uniform dispersion (UD) waveguide Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" C-CAM RST II Woofer.
Frequency Response
SX-70 has a frequency range of 65-22k Hz whereas Silver 200 7G has a frequency range of 34-35k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 34Hz, the Silver 200 7G can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the SX-70's min frequency of 65Hz.

This 3 dB difference makes the Monitor Audio Silver 200 7G a more sensitive speaker compared to Cambridge Audio SX-70, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
Silver 200 7G can handle a max power of 150 watts RMS, whereas SX-70 has a max power handling value of 100 watts RMS, 50 watts less than the Silver 200 7G.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Silver 200 7G features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. SX-70 has a 5-Way post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.
