CWM7.5 S2 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 5" Continuum Woofer . On the other hand, the UIW RLS II features a 1" Hard-Dome Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Polypropylene Woofer .
Frequency Response
CWM7.5 S2 has a frequency range of 45-28kHz whereas UIW RLS II has a frequency range of 22-30kHz. With a minimum frequency of 22Hz, the UIW RLS II can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the CWM7.5 S2's min frequency of 45Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
CWM7.5 S2 and UIW RLS II have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. CWM7.5 S2 sensitivity is rated at 86 dB and the UIW RLS II's is at 92 dB. This 6 dB difference makes the Definitive UIW RLS II a more sensitive speaker compared to B&W CWM7.5 S2, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
CWM7.5 S2 can handle a max power of 350 watts RMS from the amp the whereas CWM7.5 S2 has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS , 200 watts less than the UIW RLS II.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
