AE120 MII features a 1" fabric dome with waveguide Tweeter, a 5.2" Midrange and 2 x 5.2" paper cone Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 300Hz and 2.7kHz. On the other hand, the Borea BR07 features a 1" silk Break_in Tweeter, a 6" Midrange and 1 x 6" fiberglass Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 350Hz and 3500Hz.
Frequency Response
AE120 MII has a frequency range of 39Hz - 26kHz whereas Borea BR07 has a frequency range of 44 - 22k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 39Hz, the AE120 MII can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Borea BR07's min frequency of 44Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
AE120 MII is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the Borea BR07 which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. AE120 MII sensitivity is rated at 90 dB and the Borea BR07's is rated at 91 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Triangle Borea BR07 a more sensitive speaker compared to AE120 Mark II, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
AE120 MII can handle a max power of 200 watts RMS, whereas Borea BR07 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS, 80 watts less than the AE120 MII.
Note that higher power handling does not make a speaker louder: that depends mainly on

Cabinet Type and Port Position
AE120 MII has a rear firing port whereas Borea BR07 has a front firing ports. Triangle Borea BR07's front-firing port gives more flexibility in placement in regards to proximity to walls compared to AE120 Mark II with its rear-firing port.

depends neither is better in the abstract - it turns on your room, placement or how you will use them.
Only specs published for both speakers are judged; anything missing on either side is left out rather than guessed.
Which should you choose?
The usual trade-off: AE120 Mark II measures better, Triangle Borea BR07 costs about 20% less. Whether that gap is worth the money is the call only you can make - and in a normal room it is often smaller than the numbers suggest. If a subwoofer is in your plans, the bass gap largely stops mattering - you would be crossing over above 44Hz anyway, which makes the cheaper Triangle Borea BR07 much easier to justify. In a large or open-plan room, Triangle Borea BR07 has the cabinet volume to fill it more easily; in a small room, near a wall or at desk distance, AE120 Mark II is the easier speaker to get right.
And remember what a spec sheet cannot show: how each looks in your room and whether the finish suits it, what dealer support and warranty are like where you live, and how they actually sound to you. If you can hear them first - ideally with your own music - that will tell you more than any number above.
