PC-2000 has a frequency range of 16-260 Hz whereas PC13-Ultra has a frequency range of 15-200 Hz. With a minimum frequency of 15Hz, the PC13-Ultra can go slightly deeper then the PC-2000's min frequency of 16Hz.
