Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i has a frequency range of 40-20k Hz whereas RP-280F has a frequency range of 32-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 32Hz, the RP-280F can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i's min frequency of 40Hz.

Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i sensitivity is rated at 89 dB and the RP-280F's is at 98 dB. This 9 dB difference makes the Klipsch RP-280F a more sensitive speaker compared to Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i can handle a max power of 200 watts RMS from the amp the whereas RP-280F has a max power handling value of 150 watts RMS, 50 watts less than the Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
