Both 3030i and EVO4.1 are 2-way speakers. 3030i features a 1" decoupled Tweeter and 1 6.5" Coated paper Woofer . On the other hand, EVO4.1 features a 1.1875 x 2.375" AMT (Ribbon) Tweeter and 1 5" Kevlar Woofer .
3030i has a frequency range of 46-30k Hz whereas EVO4.1 has a frequency range of 58-22k Hz.
