Both Reva 2 and Motion 15 are 2-way speakers. Reva 2 features a 1" woven textile Dome Tweeter and 1 5" Woven Glass Fiber Woofer . On the other hand, Motion 15 features a 1.0 x 1.4" Folding Motion Tweeter and 1 5.25" Aluminum Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2700 Hz.
Reva 2 has a frequency range of 48-20k Hz whereas Motion 15 has a frequency range of 60-25k Hz.
Impedance and Sensitivity
Reva 2 is a 8 ohms speaker compared to Motion 15 which has a nominal impedance of 5 ohms. These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. Reva 2 sensitivity is rated at 86 dB and Motion 15's is at 92 dB dB.
Reva 2 has a power range of 20-80 watts RMS whereas Motion 15 has a power range of 20-200 watts.
Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
Reva 2 features Post posts which makes bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. Motion 15 has a Custom 5-way tool-less binding posts which doesn't feature b-amping/bi-wiring.
