D320 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 5" Woven Kevlar Woofer. On the other hand, the 3020i features a 0.9" decoupled Tweeter and 1 x 5" Coated paper Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2400Hz.

D320 has a frequency range of 56-20k Hz whereas 3020i has a frequency range of 64-30k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 56Hz, the D320 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the 3020i's min frequency of 64Hz.

D320 is a 8 ohms speaker compared to the 3020i which has a nominal impedance of 6 ohms.

Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
D320 can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS, whereas 3020i has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 25 watts less than the D320.

Wharfedale D320 is the easier recommendation: it leads on most of the measured areas and costs less. Take Q Acoustics 3020i if its size, looks or fit in your room suit you better.
