Both D320 and RTi A3 are 2-way speakers. D320 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 5" Woven Kevlar Woofer . On the other hand, RTi A3 features a 1" silk polymer composite Dome Tweeter and 1 6.5" Polymer composite Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2800 Hz.
D320 has a frequency range of 56-20k Hz whereas RTi A3 has a frequency range of 50-26k Hz.
Impedance and Sensitivity

RTi A3 features Pair of Dual 5-way Binding Posts - Gold-Plated posts which makes bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. D320 has a Post which doesn't feature b-amping/bi-wiring.
