Motion 15 has a frequency range of 60-25k Hz whereas RP-400M has a frequency range of 52-25k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 52Hz, the RP-400M can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Motion 15's min frequency of 60Hz.
