RP-4000F features a 1" Tractrix Horn Tweeter and 2 x 4" Cerametallic Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 1500 Hz. On the other hand, the A180 features a 1" aluminum HDI (High Definition Imaging) waveguide Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Polycellulose Woofer.
Frequency Response
RP-4000F has a frequency range of 37-25k Hz whereas A180 has a frequency range of 40-40k Hz. With a minimum frequency of 37Hz, the RP-4000F can go slightly deeper then the A180's min frequency of 40Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
RP-4000F is a 8 ohms speaker compared to the A180 which has a nominal impedance of 6 ohms.
These two speakers also have different sensitivity levels. RP-4000F sensitivity is rated at 95 dB and the A180's is rated at 90 dB. This 5 dB difference makes the Klipsch RP-4000F a more sensitive speaker compared to JBL Stage A180, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. Staying
within that range gives nominal performance; driving the speaker beyond its maximum wattage can damage it.
A180 can handle a max power of 225 watts RMS, whereas RP-4000F has a max power handling value of 75 watts RMS, 150 watts less than the A180.
