Both BW 606 and D320 are 2-way speakers. BW 606 features a 1" Decoupled Carbon Decoupled Dome Tweeter and 1 6.5" Continuum Woofer . On the other hand, D320 features a 1" Soft-Dome Tweeter and 1 5" Woven Kevlar Woofer .
BW 606 has a frequency range of 52-28k Hz whereas D320 has a frequency range of 56-20k Hz.

BW 606 features Post posts which makes bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. D320 has a Post which doesn't feature b-amping/bi-wiring.
