Revel Concerta2 C25 features a 1" aluminum dome with proprietary acoustic lens and waveguide Tweeter and 2 x 5.25" anodized aluminum cone Woofer . On the other hand, the R400 features a 1" Pinnacle Ring Radiator Tweeter and 2 x 6.5" Polypropylene Turbine Cone Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 2500Hz.
Frequency Response
Revel Concerta2 C25 has a frequency range of 80Hz- 20kHz whereas R400 has a frequency range of 48-39K Hz. With a minimum frequency of 48Hz, the R400 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the Revel Concerta2 C25's min frequency of 80Hz.

Revel Concerta2 C25 can handle a max power of 200 watts RMS from the amp the whereas Revel Concerta2 C25 has a max power handling value of 120 watts RMS , 80 watts less than the R400.
