Omada No.1 features a 1" Al/Mg Inverted Hard-Dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Carbon Fiber + Polymer Woofer . On the other hand, the Theva No1 features a 1" TNF Al/Mg inverted dome Tweeter and 1 x 6.5" Slatefiber Woofer with a Crossover frequency at 3000 Hz.
Frequency Response
Omada No.1 has a frequency range of 56-30k Hz whereas Theva No1 has a frequency range of 58-28kHz. With a minimum frequency of 56Hz, the Omada No.1 can go slightly deeper then the Theva No1's min frequency of 58Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
Omada No.1 and Theva No1 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. Omada No.1 sensitivity is rated at 89.5 dB and the Theva No1's is at 89 dB. This 1 dB difference makes the Focal Omada No.1 a more sensitive speaker compared to Focal Theva No1, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

Power Range
Power
range is the range of input power in watts RMS that a loudspeaker is designed to handle. While using
an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the
max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
Omada No.1 and Theva No1 has the same power range of 25-120 watts.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
Input Type and Bi-Amping / Bi-Wiring
Theva No1 features Binding post posts which make bi-amping or bi-wiring possible. Omada No.1 has a Binding post which doesn't feature bi-amping/bi-wiring.

Cabinet Type and Port Position
Omada No.1 has a front firing port whereas Theva No1 has a rear firing ports. Focal Omada No.1's front-firing port gives more flexibility in placement in regards to proximity to walls compared to Focal Theva No1 with its rear-firing port.
Physical Specs
Size of a speaker can sometimes become an important decision factor due to space constraints or in some cases purely for esthetic reasons. In this section, we are going to compare Focal Omada No.1's and Focal Theva No1's external dimensions. Focal Omada No.1 has external dimensions of 388.0 x 220.0 x 274.0mm ( 15-1/4inch x 8-5/8inch x 10-3/4inch ) whereas Focal Theva No1 has external dimensions of 391.0 x 213.0 x 261.0mm ( 153/8 x 83/8 x 101/4) .
Focal Theva No1 is 7mm narrower and 13mm less deeper than Focal Omada No.1 but it is also 3mm taller.
Base Surface Area Comparison
Base surface area of a loudspeaker may become a determining factor when the space in your room or desk is limited.
The base surface area of the Focal Omada No.1 is approximately 602.8cm2 / 93.4inch2 and base area of the Focal Theva No1 is approximately 555.9cm2 / 86.2inch2. The Omada No.1 requires 8% more surface area than the Theva No1 which gives it a small disadvantage on placement in tight spaces.
