CP-WT140LCR is a 6 ohms speaker compared to the Arena 6IW which has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms.

CP-WT140LCR can handle a max power of 100 watts RMS from the amp the whereas Arena 6IW has a max power handling value of 80 watts RMS, 20 watts less than the CP-WT140LCR.
