R-5650-S II has a frequency range of 60-23kHz whereas Arena 55IW has a frequency range of 40-20kHz. With a minimum frequency of 40Hz, the Arena 55IW can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the R-5650-S II's min frequency of 60Hz.

R-5650-S II and Arena 55IW have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. R-5650-S II sensitivity is rated at 92 dB and the Arena 55IW's is at 88 dB.
