R-5650-S II has a frequency range of 60-23kHz whereas CWM664 has a frequency range of 45-35kHz. With a minimum frequency of 45Hz, the CWM664 can go significantly deeper on the low side and provide stronger bass compared to the R-5650-S II's min frequency of 60Hz.

Impedance and Sensitivity
R-5650-S II and CWM664 have the same Impedance of 8 ohms but where they differ is the sensitivity levels. R-5650-S II sensitivity is rated at 92 dB and the CWM664's is at 87.5 dB. This 4 dB difference makes the Klipsch R-5650-S II a more sensitive speaker compared to B&W CWM664, hence will play louder with the same amount of watts.

an amplifier within this range ensures the nominal performance , inputting a power that is higher than the
max wattage can result in a damaged speaker.
R-5650-S II can handle a max power of 130 watts RMS from the amp the whereas R-5650-S II has a max power handling value of 50 watts RMS , 80 watts less than the CWM664.
Keep in mind that a higher max power handling value doesn't necessarily make that a louder speaker
compared to a lower max handling speaker. Loudness or the sound level is also impacted by parameters
such as Impedance, sensitivity and system efficiencies.
