SVS 3000 Micro has a frequency range of 23-240 Hz whereas SB-2000 Pro has a frequency range of 19-240 Hz. With a minimum frequency of 19Hz, the SB-2000 Pro can go slightly deeper then the SVS 3000 Micro's min frequency of 23Hz.
